Excellent question! Yes. Our Lifts have already been mounted onto multiple roasters worldwide for green coffee conveyance. We just need the measurements of your roaster hopper and an additional $500 to fabricate the custom mount for that hopper.

Yes, you can! Our Lifts, although designed to fit our Pearl Mini and Precision Fill machines, can be customized to fit on any of your existing machines in your production space with just an additional $500 to fabricate a custom mount to your roaster, weight-n-fill, destoner, color sorter, storage depot/silo, etc.

Unfortunately, no. We are getting an increasing amount of inquiries to create a ground coffee solution, but at the moment, our equipment suites do not yet provide a solution for ground coffee. All of our equipment is compatible with green or roasted whole-bean coffee. However, we recommend purchasing equipment specifically for either option, as alternating between green and roasted (or “raw” and “cooked”) coffee beans is both time-consuming and tedious to clean and purge.

While SOVDA Lifts are not technical to set up, they do require some heavy lifting. We recommend having two people assist with positioning the cyclone on top of your equipment. The pipe runs use Tri-Clamp spools, which are incredibly easy and fun to assemble! You should be able to set up your Lift in under 2 hours. Generally, the lead time is about 100 days from order purchase to delivery. This includes production and shipping times without additional equipment. Customized items can increase the lead times. Lift parts are occasionally stocked, so depending on your Lift 2.0 options (Destoner, Precision Hopper, Lance, Sensor Package, etc.), you can receive your Lift much faster.

Our Lifts have been produced since SOVDA'S inception with minimal maintenance reports. SOVDA only uses over-build components; most parts in the Lift never come even close to their maximum operating ranges and, as a result, provide incredible durability.
